What hides inside the price

Nailing station only or full line

Some offers are a nailing table, some add cutting and stacking. Price the flow from board to stacked pallet.

Stringer or block pallet

Stringer pallets and block pallets need different jigs. Ask which the machine builds and how long a size change takes.

Nail guns and nail feed

Count guns, nail length accepted, and coil or strip nails. Nails are the largest running cost after timber.

Air supply

Pneumatic guns need a steady pressure and flow. Ask the air consumption per pallet, not the tank size.

Size range

The working width range decides which pallet sizes you can sell. Check it covers your market.

The one people forget. Export pallets need ISPM 15 treatment and marking under a national scheme, and EUR pallets need a licence from the pallet association. The machine gives neither.
