Website terms
Nothing on this site
is an offer.
This page covers the website. It does not set the commercial terms of an engagement: those live in a signed engagement letter, and where the two disagree the engagement letter wins.
Version 1 · 21 August 2026
Who you are dealing with
UIC International B.V., registered in the Netherlands, trading as No Drama China. chu@noids.co. Its Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers are given on request, and are confirmed to you in writing before any order is placed.
We do not publish a street address. Mail to the address above reaches a person rather than a queue, usually the same day, and our full registered details appear on every contract and invoice and are given on request before either exists.
What this website is
It is information about a machinery sourcing service, published so that you can judge the service before you contact us. It is not a shop, a catalogue or a price list.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. No page here can be accepted into a contract. A price becomes real when it is written into an engagement letter and signed by both of us, and not before.
The numbers on this site
- Vendor figures are theirs. Where we quote a price band, a cycle time or an output, we say where it came from and when we checked it. Those sources can change the next day and often do.
- The arithmetic is ours, and it is shown. When we say a machine cannot do what its brochure claims, the calculation is on the page so you can redo it. If you redo it and we are wrong, tell us and we will correct the page.
- Bands are bands. A range of prices for one model code exists because the machines inside it are not the same machine. A band is not a quote for yours.
- Freight, duty and tax are destination-specific. They are confirmed by a broker in your country. We never estimate them for you.
What we do not warrant
- Vendor claims. We check them and tell you what we find. We do not become responsible for them by checking them.
- Compliance. We report what we verified and what we could not. We never sign off that a machine complies with anything, anywhere.
- The machine and its warranty. Both stay with the factory unless we agree something else with you in writing.
- That this site is complete or current. Pages carry the date they were checked. A dated page is honest, not eternal.
- Anything as advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, customs, safety or engineering advice for your situation.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision taken on the basis of a page on this website alone. That is not us hiding: it is why we would rather you sent us the actual quote and let us check the actual machine.
Which document wins
If anything on this website contradicts a signed engagement letter, proposal or order confirmation, the signed document governs. If you spot a contradiction, it is worth telling us, because one of the two is out of date and it is usually the page.
Content and intellectual property
The text, the arithmetic, the photographs, the design and the No Drama China name belong to UIC International B.V. Quote a paragraph and link back to it, with our blessing. Do not republish a page whole, and do not scrape the site to resell it as a dataset or feed it into a product sold as sourcing advice.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a vendor listing, a standard or a regulator, we link to the source so you can check us. We do not control those pages, we are not responsible for what they say tomorrow, and a link is not an endorsement of whoever published it.
Law and jurisdiction
Dutch law applies to this website and to any dispute arising from it. This is a business-to-business service. Disputes go to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, unless a mandatory rule of law sends them somewhere else.
Changes to these terms
The version and date at the top of this page change whenever the terms do. The version in force for an engagement is the one that applied on the day the engagement letter was signed, not whatever this page says later.
