How it works

The full sourcing process.
Without the theatre.

You choose the factory, approve the specification, approve the order and release every payment. We confirm each of those in writing. We manage the process. The factory stays responsible for the product and its warranty.

Each stage ends with something
you can inspect, approve or reject.

The public process is part of the product. You know what happens next, what you approve, and what each decision depends on.

01

Define

Purpose, material, output, voltage and budget turned into a brief a factory can actually answer. The material matters most, because it changes how the machine is built.

02

Source

Factories that manufacture rather than trade. Each quotes the same specification, so the prices can be compared rather than admired side by side. The Chinese option is compared against the real alternatives, including a used European machine.

03

Verify

Company registration, export history, and whether they really build it. On request an independent inspector visits and calls you on video from inside the building. Then price, terms, delivery, warranty and spares, negotiated in Chinese as a local buyer.

04

Inspect

Written acceptance criteria agreed before production. Quantity, model, specification, condition and packaging checked before it ships, with photos, video and a test run.

05

Land

Export documents checked before they are issued. Forwarders compared, space booked, loading followed. Freight, duty, tax, commissioning and site costs shown as separate numbers, each at cost.

Four things that decide whether this goes well.

01

The seller is the factory

Registration and export records, and an inspector inside the building if you want one.

02

The price is the local price

Negotiated in Chinese, compared against similar local orders rather than other export quotes.

03

The full cost to your door

Machine, freight, duty, tax, port charges, foundation and installation, on the basis your country actually uses.

04

The machine can be repaired

Spare parts available, documentation exists, a local technician can service it. Checked before you buy.

What this does not cover.

Naming what is excluded is cheaper for both of us than discovering it after the machine ships.

Freight, duty and taxes

At cost, quoted by the forwarder, never with a margin from us.

Inspection and certification

Independent inspection, laboratory testing, audits and certificates. On request, at cost.

The warranty itself

It stays with the factory unless we agree something else in writing.

A compliance guarantee

We tell you what we find and what we could not verify. We never sign off compliance.

Describe the job.
We will test the premise.

What it has to do, the material it runs on, the output you need and where it is going.
