A and B film supply
The print goes onto an A film and a B film covers it for transfer. Adhesive strength and a clean B film release decide whether a transfer lifts well. Ask which film the colour profiles were built on.

A UV DTF printer makes rub-on stickers for hard goods, and the result depends on a two-part film, an adhesive layer and a varnish layer that the headline price rarely includes, so two offers for an A3 machine can describe very different kits.

All-in-one units print and laminate in one pass. Separate units need a second machine and a second operator step. One of nine listings stated a laminator in the title.
A UV DTF transfer needs white, colour and a clear varnish layer. Ask how many heads carry each, and whether a single head is shared between channels, which slows every print.
The LED lamp cures each layer as it prints. Ask its rated hours and the price of a replacement module.
Several listings open their range at a very low figure that fits an accessory or a stripped unit. Ask for a line-item quote: printer, laminator, heads, first film roll, ink and software.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

| Print your artwork with fine text and a white flood, laminate it, cut it, and apply it to your object on video. | The B film peels cleanly, the transfer sits flat with no bubbles, and fine text is readable. |
| Scratch and rub test on the applied transfer after the stated curing time, then a hand wash if your product is a cup. | No lifting at edges after the agreed number of rubs; photos before and after. |
| Run a full metre of film continuously, then a nozzle check. | Every channel prints a complete nozzle check, varnish included. |

A DTF printer; UV DTF transfers are built for hard surfaces and do not survive a wash on fabric.
A UV flatbed printer, which prints directly on the object with no film cost per piece.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Printing & signage page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.
