A rotomolding machine is an oven and a set of arms, and the tank you want to make must fit the swing, the arm must carry the loaded mold, and the burner must be one your gas supplier will connect.

Shuttle machines move one or two carts in and out of the oven. Carousel machines index several arms through oven, cooling and loading. Rock and roll machines suit long parts such as kayaks. The type sets how many molds work at once.
The swing diameter is the largest mold assembly that can rotate inside the oven. Arm load is the heaviest mold plus powder it can carry. Your biggest tank sets both.
Ask for burner make, rated heat input, the fuel it is set up for, and the combustion safety controls. A burner your local gas authority will not approve is a costly surprise.
On a carousel, independent arms let each mold have its own oven time and speed. Ask whether the ratio between the two rotation axes can be set for each mold.
Molds are usually quoted separately. Ask whether they are cast aluminum or fabricated steel, and who is responsible if a mold leaks or distorts.
