What hides inside the price

Uphill spiral or drum

An uphill type vibrates tablets up a spiral to a metal detector or bin. A drum type tumbles them at one level. Your floor layout decides.

Inlet and outlet heights

The inlet must sit under your press chute, the outlet must reach the next machine. Ask the adjustable range.

Rate at your tablet size

Capacity is quoted at one small diameter. Larger tablets move fewer per hour.

Metal detector included or not

Most listings are the deduster alone. A combined unit costs several times more.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

Your tablet press model, output and discharge chute height.
Tablet diameter, shape and coating, with a sample of the most fragile one.
Whether a metal detector follows, and its inlet height.
Your vacuum supply for the dust.
Supplement maker under food law, or licensed medicines maker under EU GMP (EudraLex Volume 4).

Tablets leave the press with heavy dust or capping.

Fix the blend or tooling. A deduster cleans the surface, it does not repair a weak tablet.
