Almost any brush drum will clean powder off a capsule; what you are really buying is the sorter behind it, which decides whether empty, split and light capsules leave your line or go into a bottle.

Cheap units brush and blow dust. A sorter adds an air stream or weight separation that drops empty and broken shells out. Listings use both names loosely, so ask which is in the offer.
Air separation sorts by weight: a full capsule falls through, an empty one is carried off. Ask the stated rejection rate, on which capsule size and fill weight, and test it.
Brushes wear and shed. Ask the brush material, whether it is food-contact rated, the replacement interval and the price of a spare brush.
The powder brushed off must go somewhere. Ask whether a vacuum unit is included or you supply one, and its rated air flow.
The polisher sits directly after the capsule filler. Its capacity must exceed the filler's rated output, and its inlet height must match the filler's discharge.

One with a real sorter that passes your empty-capsule test at your filler's rate. Price differences are mostly the sorter and the vacuum, not the brush.
The mechanism is simple. For supplements, a Chinese polisher and sorter can be enough. Where a licensed maker needs qualified rejection records, compare with European and used European units.
Serial against the declaration, brush material certificate, the empty-capsule test counted, vacuum flow, and inlet height against your filler.
The Declaration of Conformity and a technical file that exists, its own name and address on the machine or documents, and instructions in the language of the user.
