The mass must stay molten and evenly mixed from tank to shell and then cool without cracking, and a demo with plain base hides whether your suspended active settles in the hopper halfway through the run.

Ask for a jacketed, stirred hopper and recirculation to the nozzles. Without it the active drifts to the bottom.
Most units form shells from film roll, fill and seal them. Others fill bought strips. Film cost and supply follow the choice.
Ask which films run, such as PVC/PE or PET/PE, and how many shell moulds are included.
Output scales with nozzles. Ask the count behind the pieces-per-hour figure.
Cooling length and water use decide whether shells crack or leak. Ask for chiller capacity.
