What hides inside the price

Pump type

Peristaltic pumps keep liquid inside a tube and change product fast. Ceramic or 316L plunger pumps dose tighter but need stripping. Ask which pump the accuracy claim used.

Closure station

Screw caps need a torque head. Aluminium roll-on caps need a rolling knife that forms the thread onto the glass. A station built for one does not do the other.

Head count and layout

A four-head linear unit and a sixteen-head rotary share the name. The rotary is faster and harder to clean. Match heads to batch size.

Bottle size family

Small vials and 50 to 500 ml syrup bottles run on different lines. Ask which range the change parts cover.
