What hides inside the price

Flame and gas supply

Sealing uses oxygen with LPG, natural gas or hydrogen, which puts gas storage and permits on your site. Ask which gas the burners are set for.

Nitrogen flushing

Oxygen-sensitive products need nitrogen before and after filling. Several listings offer it as an option, so check it is priced in.

Speed by ampoule size

Output falls as the ampoule grows. Ask for the rated speed at your size, not at 1 to 2 ml.

Pump and heads

Glass, metal, ceramic or peristaltic pumps, on 1 to 20 heads. The accuracy claim belongs to one pump type.

Upstream and downstream

Washer, sterilising tunnel and leak tester are separate items. A filler alone assumes sterile ampoules arrive.
