The frame is an ordinary sachet or stick packer; what you are really buying is proof that it doses your label claim and can be cleaned between products, and which proof you need depends on whether you make food supplements or medicines.

Food supplements fall under Directive 2002/46/EC and food contact under Regulation (EC) 1935/2004. A licensed medicines manufacturer works under EU GMP, EudraLex Volume 4, and must qualify the machine. No machine is GMP compliant on its own; the buyer's use makes it so.
IQ and OQ protocols, material certificates for contact parts and calibration records cost money to prepare. Ask whether they are in the price or an extra.
Vitamins, proteins and flavours share one line. Ask how the hopper, auger and forming tube come apart without tools, and for crevice-free welds.
Many supplement powders take up moisture and bridge in the hopper. Ask about hopper agitation, dust extraction at the dosing point and sealed covers.
