Two quotes called tablet bottle filling line can contain different machines, and the line only runs as fast as its slowest station, which is rarely the one on the front page of the offer.

A line can mean a counter and a conveyor, or unscrambler, counter, desiccant or cotton inserter, capper, induction sealer and labeller. Write the station list and make every supplier price it.
Ask each station's rate at your bottle and count. The line rate is the lowest of them. Counters often limit it; on large bottles, the capper or labeller can.
When the labeller stops, the counter must stop or buffer. Ask if all stations share one control and one emergency stop circuit, or are separate machines joined by a conveyor.
Every station has size parts: unscrambler guides, capper chucks, star wheels, label guides. Count them per bottle size across the whole line, not only for the counter.
Ask how cap torque is set and checked, and whether a missing induction seal is detected and rejected.
02
Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

| Require this | A pass looks like |
|---|---|
| Run the complete joined line on your bottle and product for one hour at the rate you are buying. | Finished bottles counted at the end of the line over the hour match the quoted rate. |
| Stop the labeller mid-run. | Upstream stations stop or buffer without jamming or spilling, and restart cleanly. |
| Feed bottles with no seal, a loose cap and a wrong count. | Each one is rejected at its station and none reach the finished output. |

A standalone tablet counting machine with a manual capper and a hand-fed labeller. Buy the line when the volume is real.
A pharmaceutical blister packing machine. A bottle line cannot be converted.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.
07
Every machine we source in this area is on the Pharma & supplements page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.
Straight answers
Fix the station list first, then the slowest station, then who signs for the line as one machine. Price comes last, because without the first three the quotes are not comparable.
Whether the factory builds the counter and buys in the capper and labeller, and whether it has run your bottle through the full joined line.
Ask for a declaration covering the assembly, not only single machines. Stations bought from several factories and joined on your floor can make you responsible for the assembly.
One integrated line with one declaration is simpler to accept and insure. Single machines are cheaper to replace, but someone must integrate and sign for the whole.
