A desiccant inserter is chosen by the desiccant, not by the machine: canister or sachet strip, its size against your bottle neck, and how long the desiccant sits open to room air before it drops into a bottle.

Canisters drop from a hopper and orient through a feeder. Sachets come as a continuous strip on a reel, are cut to length and pushed in. The machines differ, and a sachet machine will not feed canisters.
A blunt or badly timed cutter tears the sachet and spills desiccant beads into a product bottle. Ask the blade material, how it is changed, and how a torn sachet is detected.
The machine should stop or reject when a bottle leaves without desiccant. Ask which sensor confirms insertion, and whether it sees inside the bottle or only watches the feed.
An inserter sits between counter and capper. Ask for bottle-present, stop and ready signals to the machines either side, and a demonstration of them wired, not described.
Desiccant in an open hopper or reel takes up moisture before it reaches a bottle. Ask how much is held open, and whether a covered hopper or reel is supplied.

The mechanism is simple on both. Detection, cutter life and the quality of line signals differ more than the frame. A used European unit is worth pricing if it matches your format.
