What hides inside the price

Pieces per minute against pieces per bottle

Large bottles take two or more plugs. Divide rated pieces per minute by your pieces per bottle for the real bottle rate.

Cutting: blade or pinch roller

A blade cuts coil cotton and wears; a pinch roller tears it without a blade. Ask which, and the price of wear parts.

Cotton height and presence detection

Ask whether a missing plug and cotton standing too high for the cap are detected, and rejected or only alarmed.

Your coil cotton

Rayon and cotton coil differ in stiffness and diameter. Send your coil, not the factory's.
