Size change
A hand crank and scales, or servo axes that reset from the screen. Servo costs more and pays back only if you change size often.

A case erector forms and tapes the bottom of shipping cases, and it runs well only on blanks that stay flat and square: warped, damp or recycled board is where a good machine starts to jam.

A hand crank and scales, or servo axes that reset from the screen. Servo costs more and pays back only if you change size often.
How many flat blanks it holds decides how often someone must reload it.
Tape, hot-melt glue, or a self-locking bottom that needs no tape but needs a case designed for it.
Suction cups on a vacuum pump or an air venturi. A venturi runs on compressed air; ask the consumption.
Interlocked doors on the magazine and the folding area, not open sides.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

| Run a full magazine of blanks stored in your own warehouse. | Every case comes out square, tape centred and pressed, with no jam. |
| Change between two case sizes. | Your operator does it from the manual, timed, and the first cases are square. |
| Open a magazine door while running. | The machine stops and restarts only after the door closes and is reset. |

Hand forming and a semi-automatic carton sealer for the bottom tape.
A case packing machine that erects, loads and seals in one frame.
06
We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Packaging page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.
Straight answers
The frame is simple steel either way. Compare the tape head, the vacuum system and parts delivery to your site. A used European erector is often a fair buy.
Squareness, tape position, magazine reload while running, size change, guard interlocks, and air consumption measured.
The Declaration of Conformity and the technical file behind it. The CE mark on a brochure proves nothing.
Usually you, when you buy from China. Your name and address go on the machine or its papers, and you check the declaration and that the technical file exists.
