What hides inside the price

Machine type for your parts

Tumble machines take batches of small robust parts. Hook and hanging-chain machines take fragile or awkward parts. Roller conveyors take plate and profiles.

Liners and blades

Ask the material of cabinet liners and wheel blades, and the expected hours before replacement. Those parts wear from the first hour.

Number of wheels and their power

Wheel count and motor size set coverage and speed. Ask how many and where they are placed on your part.

Dust collector

Ask the filter type, airflow and whether it is in the price. Aluminium dust raises an explosion risk, so ask how that is handled.

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

Part sizes, weights and shapes, with the largest part drawn.
The cleanliness grade and surface profile your coating system asks for.
Parts per hour or tonnes per shift.
Materials, especially aluminium or other light alloys.
Foundation, pit and ducting space on your site.

EU Declaration of Conformity for this serial number naming 2006/42/EC, or Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 from 20 January 2027, with EN 1248 for abrasive blast equipment among the standards applied.
Wear parts list with material and part numbers.
Dust collector data and, if aluminium is blasted, its explosion protection documents.
