What hides inside the price

Pretreatment

Spray or dip washing, rinse stages and conversion coating decide adhesion. Ask how many stages, the tank material and whether wastewater treatment is included.

Ovens and fuel

Dry-off and curing ovens run on gas, diesel or electricity. Ask the fuel, burner make and heat-up time.

Conveyor

Manual track, overhead chain or power and free. Ask the load per hook and the line speed range.

Booth and powder recovery

Ask for cyclone or cartridge recovery, colour change time and the spray gun make.

EU Declaration of Conformity for the whole line naming 2006/42/EC, or Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 from 20 January 2027, with EN 12981 for powder spray booths and EN 50177 for automatic electrostatic powder equipment where fitted.
Explosion protection documents for the booth under ATEX 2014/34/EU equipment rules.
Burner and oven documents, and wastewater data for local permits.
