Hydraulic press machine from China

Every listing leads with tonnage, but a hydraulic press is defined by its frame, its speed profile and the tooling it was built around, and a press built for someone else's product rarely suits yours.

What you are actually comparing.

Two quotes, one machine name

What hides inside the price

Frame

Y41 usually means a single column C-frame, open on three sides and prone to opening under load. Y32 usually means four columns, stiffer. Ask deflection at rated force.

Speed profile

Fast approach, pressing and return speeds decide cycle time. Ask all three.

Force and position control

A pressure switch stops at a force. A servo pump with a linear scale stops at a position and repeats it; drawing and coining need that.

Cushion and ejector

Drawing needs a die cushion, many parts an ejector. Both are priced separately.

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

The part, material, thickness and process: drawing, blanking, forming or coining.
Die size and weight, which set table size, daylight and stroke.
Cycle time target, and hand or robot loading.
Cushion or ejector force if drawing is involved.
Guarding expected: light curtain, two-hand control, and rear fencing.

Turn the claim into a demonstration.

Require this	A pass looks like
After a warm-up, run your die at your force and stroke for an hour.	Stop position and force repeat inside your tolerance, oil temperature stable.
Break the light curtain during the downstroke.	Slide stops and cannot restart without a deliberate reset.
Time a full cycle with approach, press and return.	Cycle time matches the figure in the contract.

EU Declaration of Conformity citing 2006/42/EC, or Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 from 20 January 2027, with EN ISO 16092-3 for hydraulic presses.
Manual in your language with force and speed data and the light curtain safety distance.
Hydraulic and electrical diagrams with valve part numbers.

The one people forget. The conformity route. Presses with manual loading are on the high-risk list, Annex IV of 2006/42/EC and Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.
