Under vacuum there is almost no air to carry heat, so product warms only where it touches a heated surface, and most lab vacuum ovens heat the walls rather than the shelves your trays sit on.

Many benchtop models heat the chamber walls; heat reaches trays slowly by radiation and through the shelf supports. Heated shelves cost more and dry faster and more evenly. Ask which you are quoted.
The display usually reads one sensor near a wall. Ask where it sits, and whether a product or shelf probe can be added.
The oven is often priced without a pump. Ask pump type and speed, whether a cold trap protects it from solvent vapour, and the ultimate vacuum with the chamber empty.
Stainless chamber grade, silicone door seal, shelf count and whether shelves can be moved. A thick glass door lets you see, and adds weight on the hinge.
Nitrogen backfill protects oxygen-sensitive product. Solvent vapours raise an ATEX question for the oven, its controls and the pump.

In the DZF series the last digits track chamber volume in litres, roughly. It is not exact: one table lists the DZF-6020 at 25 L.

Straight answers
Heated shelves against wall heating, sensor count, controller accuracy, door seal, and whether a pump and trap are included. Compare quotes with the same heating path.
Serial against the declaration, chamber volume, heating path, sensor position, shelf temperature map under vacuum, vacuum hold, door seal and pump.
A Declaration of Conformity for that serial number with a technical file behind it, under machinery, low voltage and EMC rules, and ATEX where solvents are dried.
The business placing it on the EU market, often the lab buying direct. Your name goes on the oven or its papers and you check the conformity file.
