Dispensing robot from China

A dispensing robot is mostly its valve and your fluid: the axes are the easy part, and a quote that names the robot but not the valve leaves bead size and repeatability open.

Written and listings checked 30 September 2026. Every figure on this page names its source.

What you are actually comparing.

Two quotes, one machine name

What hides inside the price
01

Valve type

Time-pressure syringes are cheap but drift as the syringe empties. Auger, jet and volumetric valves hold dot size better. Ask which valve is quoted and what it costs to change.

02

One-part or two-part fluid

Two-part epoxies and silicones need a meter-mix valve and a purge routine before the mix cures in the nozzle.

03

Desktop, vision or arm

Seven of fourteen listings we checked were desktop three or four axis units; two added camera vision to find parts; three were six-axis arms. Vision matters when parts do not sit in the same place twice.

04

Stated accuracy

None of the fourteen listings stated a repeat accuracy. Get it in writing, with the method used to measure it.

02

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

03

Turn the claim into a demonstration.

Require thisA pass looks like
Dispense a counted batch on your parts with your fluid.Dot or bead size measured on samples and inside your tolerance, results recorded.
Weigh shots at the start and end of a syringe or cartridge.Shot weight stays inside your tolerance as the reservoir empties.
Pause for your longest break, then restart. No blocked nozzle or first-shot defect after the pause.

04

The documents that must arrive with it.

The one people forget. The valve seal kit part numbers. Seals wear with abrasive fluids, and a seal from the original maker takes weeks to arrive.

05

When this is the wrong machine.

Named, not hedged
01

You coat whole boards with a thin protective film.

A conformal coating machine with spray valves.

02

You dispense solder paste on boards in volume.

A solder paste stencil printer.

06

Where the numbers come from.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Electronics & assembly page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.
