Robot or feeder
Five of thirteen listings we checked were screw feeders or handheld auto-feed drivers. A robot adds axes, a fixture and a program. Confirm what is quoted.

A screwdriving robot stops when a screw jams in the feeder or cross-threads, so feeding and torque checking decide its output, not the speed of the axes.

Blow feeding shoots the screw down a tube and suits longer screws. Suction picking suits small or short screws. Ask which fits your screw length and head.
A current-controlled driver estimates torque; a transducer driver measures it. Ask which, and whether each screw's torque and angle are logged.
Every product needs a fixture and program. Ask the price and lead time of the next fixture, not only the first.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

| Require this | A pass looks like |
|---|---|
| Drive a counted batch of your screws into your parts. | Misfeeds, cross-threads and stripped holes counted and recorded. |
| Check final torque with a calibrated torque analyser on a sample. | Measured torque inside your specification on every sample. |
| Feed a missing or wrong-length screw. | The robot detects it and stops or rejects the part. |

Handheld auto-feed drivers with torque control.
An ultrasonic plastic welder, if the product never needs opening.
06
We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.
07
Every machine we source in this area is on the Electronics & assembly page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.
Straight answers
Axes are similar. Drivers, feeders and torque logging differ, so test those on your screws.
Who makes the driver, how torque is calibrated, and whether they build fixtures in-house.
A Declaration of Conformity, a technical file and a manual in your language.
Your business if it brings the robot in: your name and address on it, and the declaration kept.
