Send every dimension and have the factory sign it back. Rib height, pitch and cover width must match roofs already built.

Roller steel and stations

Ask station count, roller steel and plating. Too few stations mark or twist the sheet.

Coil range

Ask the thickness, yield strength and coating the rollers were designed for.

Cutting

A stop and cut shear is cheaper and slower than a flying cutter.

Uncoiler and run out

A manual decoiler and a short table limit coil weight and sheet length.

The exact profile drawing, or a physical sample of the sheet.
Coil material, thickness, width, coating and yield strength.
Longest sheet you sell and your transport limit.
Coil weight, which sizes the decoiler.
Any second profile, which means a double layer machine or a second line.

EU Declaration of Conformity with the serial number: 2006/42/EC until 19 January 2027, then Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.
Roller drawings with station count and roller steel, and the signed profile drawing.
Hydraulic and electrical diagrams in the language of use.

The one people forget. The product file. Metal roofing sheet has its own product standard, EN 14782 for self supporting sheet, and the sheet maker must meet it. The machine does not make the sheet CE marked.
