An AAC line is priced like a machine but runs like a chemical plant, and its heart is a steam autoclave that your country must accept as a pressure vessel before the first block is cured.

Autoclaves fix annual output. Ask how many are quoted, their diameter and length, design pressure and temperature, and the shell steel. Two quotes for one capacity can assume different autoclave counts and cycle times.
Ask whether each autoclave comes with conformity assessment under the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, which module and which notified body. A Chinese vessel stamp is not a European one.
Some quotes include the steam boiler, some expect a local purchase. Fuel, rating and certifier change the price and the permit route.
Wires cut the green cake before curing. The cutting tolerance decides whether blocks can be laid with thin-bed mortar. Ask for the figure and how it is measured.
Sand lines need a ball mill for wet grinding; fly ash lines depend on a steady ash supply. One design does not run the other without changes.

Straight answers
In the autoclaves, the cutting accuracy and the paperwork. For a Chinese line, make European pressure equipment certification a contract condition and a payment milestone.
Autoclave test records by serial number, door interlocks, cutting tolerance on real cake, mould box condition, crane load tests, and panel wiring against the diagrams.
A machinery declaration for the line plus pressure equipment declarations for the autoclaves and any steam receivers, each with serial numbers that match.
When you buy directly from China, usually your company. Your name and address go on the equipment or its documents, and you check the documents fit what arrived.
