Drip coffee bag packing machine from China

A drip bag machine has to make two packs at once, the filter bag with its paper hangers and the sealed outer envelope that keeps oxygen out, and many quotes cover only the first, so ground coffee packed on them goes stale within days.

Written and listings checked 1 October 2026. Every figure on this page names its source.

What you are actually comparing.

Two quotes, one machine name

What hides inside the price
01

Inner only, or inner and outer

Inner-only machines make the filter bag with hangers and leave you to pack it. Inner and outer machines seal each filter bag into a printed envelope. Five of thirteen listings named the outer envelope.

02

Filter sealing: ultrasonic or heat

Nonwoven drip filter is usually welded ultrasonically; heat-seal filter needs heat jaws. The welding method must match the filter roll you buy. Ask which filter materials were proven on the machine.

03

Hanger placement

The paper hangers must sit square on the bag so it hangs on a cup rim. Ask how hangers are fed and glued or welded, and what happens when the hanger roll runs out.

04

Dosing ground coffee in small weights

Drip bags hold small doses, and volumetric cups drift as grind and oil change. Ask the accuracy measured on your grind, and whether a servo auger is offered.

05

Nitrogen in the outer envelope

Ground coffee stales quickly in air. A nitrogen flush into the envelope helps only if residual oxygen is measured. Ask what figure was measured and how.

02

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

03

Turn the claim into a demonstration.

Require thisA pass looks like
Run a counted batch of your coffee into your filter and envelope film at target speed.Every filter bag has both hangers square and closed, every envelope sealed and printed in register.
Weigh each filled filter bag from the run.Every bag inside your declared tolerance, spread recorded, not averaged.
Brew sample bags on a cup and check the envelope with an oxygen analyser.Bags hang without tipping, no grounds pass the filter, and envelope oxygen at or below the level you set.

04

The documents that must arrive with it.

The one people forget. The ultrasonic horn part number and frequency. Horns wear and crack, and a replacement from another source must match the generator exactly.

02

You sell drip bags in small runs of several origins a week.

A co-packer, or pre-made drip filters filled by hand and sealed into envelopes, until volume holds steady.

Where the numbers come from.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.
