Cup filling sealing machine from China

A cup filler for coffee drinks, milk tea or jelly lives or dies on the seal between lid film and cup rim, and a drop of product on the rim at speed breaks that seal, so the hard part is keeping the rim clean while filling fast.

What hides inside the price

Rotary or linear

Rotary tables index one or two cups at a time and suit small floors. Linear machines run several lanes in a row and reach higher output. Lanes multiply filling nozzles that must all stay even.

Filler matched to product

Piston fillers handle drinks with pieces or jelly; flow meters or time-pressure suit thin liquids; augers suit powder in cups. One machine rarely does all three well. Name every product you will fill.

Lid: pre-cut or roll film

Pre-cut lids are simple and cost more each. Roll film is cheaper per cup but needs cutting and print registration. The choice follows you for the life of the machine.

Seal head matched to cup material

PP, PET and paper cups each need a sealable lid layer and their own temperature and dwell. Ask which cup and film pairs the seal settings were proven on.

Drip control and cup detection

Anti-drip nozzles and a pause on missing cups stop product landing on the rim or the table. Ask how both work at full speed.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

Cup samples with rim drawings, and the lid film or lids you will buy.
Each product with its viscosity, pieces, temperature at filling and fill volume.
Cups per hour needed and the number of cup sizes.
Whether a date coder, lid on top, or cartoning follows the sealer.
Cleaning method your hygiene plan requires, and power and air on site.

Turn the claim into a demonstration.

Require this	A pass looks like
Fill and seal a counted run of your product at target speed, then invert and squeeze every cup.	No leaking cup, no product visible under the lid seal on any cup inspected.
Weigh each cup in the run.	Every cup inside your declared tolerance, with the spread per lane or station recorded.
Peel lids from cups taken at the start and end of the run.	Lids peel cleanly and evenly around the full rim, with no channel or unsealed spot.

The documents that must arrive with it.

EU Declaration of Conformity with model and serial number.
Food contact evidence under Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 for hopper, nozzles, cup holders and seal heads.
Cup holder and seal head drawings per cup size, for spares and new sizes.

The one people forget. The seal head drawings per cup size. A new cup from another supplier may need a new head, and without the drawing only the original factory can make it.
