Coffee degassing valve applicator from China

A valve applicator places one-way valves on coffee film or bags, and it only works with the valve it was tooled for, so a cheap applicator can lock you to one valve supplier.

What hides inside the price

Standalone or inline

Standalone units fit valves to pre-made bags by hand. Inline units sit on a form fill seal machine and place valves on running film. Ask which, and how it signals the bagger.

Valve compatibility

Valves fix by adhesive backing or by welding through the film, in different sizes. Ask which valves the tooling fits and the cost of a second die.

Placement

The valve must land in the printed window on every bag. Ask how position is set and held when film or bag supplier changes.

Air supply

Most units are pneumatic. Ask the pressure and flow needed; one listing excluded the compressor.
