What hides inside the price

Cleaning principle

A rotary basket spray cabinet cleans outside faces fast. Immersion with agitation reaches inside passages. Ultrasonic reaches blind holes. Decide this before comparing any quote.

Turntable size and load

Basket diameter, usable height and maximum load in kilograms. A heavy load on a light turntable drive stalls or wears the gearbox early.

Warm-up time

A large wash tank on a small electric element can take most of the first hour to reach temperature. Get the cold-start time in writing, not only the heater kilowatts.

Oil and sludge handling

A skimmer, a sloped tank floor and a sludge drawer or filter bag keep the bath working for months. Without them the bath becomes a disposal bill every few weeks.

Cabinet build

Tank and cabinet steel grade, door seal, insulation, and a steam exhaust fan so the door does not release a cloud of hot vapour at the operator.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

The heaviest load you will put on the turntable at once, with a drawing of the largest part.
The soil: machining coolant, gear oil, carbon, grease or overspray.
Whether any inside passage or blind hole must be clean, which may rule spray out.
Batches per shift and the cycle time you can accept, drying included.
Your disposal route for oily wash water and sludge.

Wash a full load of your dirtiest parts at the maximum stated weight.	Every face the spray reaches is clean, the turntable turns without stalling, and the cycle time matches the contract.
Start from a cold tank and time the heat-up.	Wash temperature is reached within the time written in the contract.
Run several cycles, then open the skimmer and filter.	Oil sits in the skimmer and sludge in the filter or drawer, not back on the parts.

Manual in the language of use, describing the door interlock and steam exhaust.

The one people forget. The pump and heater nameplate data. When a pump seal or element fails in the second year, the exact rating lets you buy a replacement locally instead of waiting for a shipment.
