A listing that says 500L may mean a vessel volume or an hourly evaporation rate, and the recovery percentage beside it rarely says how thick the concentrate may get, so quotes that look alike can recover very different amounts.

Single-pass recovery is quoted high, but tubes foul and oil scorches as concentrate thickens, so most units stop early and hand off to a finishing still. Ask the outlet oil concentration.
The evaporator needs a heater and a chiller sized to it. One reseller lists these as options. If they are missing, the system cannot run.
Pneumatic pumps and ATEX (2014/34/EU) certified electrics inside the zone, proven by certificates, not by a listing title.
