Coin mechanism
Ask which coin and how many coins per turn the mech is set for, whether it can be reset later, and whether spare mechs for euro coins are available. Token mechs are common in home-market builds.

The hard part is the coin mechanism: a crank machine with no electronics depends entirely on a mechanical coin mech set for one coin, and one set for the wrong coin sells nothing in Europe.

01
Ask which coin and how many coins per turn the mech is set for, whether it can be reset later, and whether spare mechs for euro coins are available. Token mechs are common in home-market builds.
The dispensing wheel fits one capsule size. Ask the capsule diameter, and whether a wheel for another size can be swapped in.
A crank unit needs no power. Lit, stacked or card-reading units need power, bring electrical safety documents, and cost more.
Ask whether the globe or window is acrylic or glass, the cash box lock type, and how stacked units are fixed together.
02
Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

| Require this | A pass looks like |
|---|---|
| Turn the crank with the correct euro coins, wrong coins and a washer. | Correct coins release one capsule each; wrong coins and washers are rejected or returned. |
| Empty a full load of your own capsules. | One capsule per turn with no jam and no cracked capsule. |
| Open the cash box with the supplied key only. | The box opens with its own key and resists a screwdriver. |

Buy a trading card vending machine with lanes sized for packs.
Buy a mini claw machine, and check the prize rules where it stands.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Vending & arcade page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.
Straight answers
Judge the coin mech and wheel, not origin. A used European unit is already set for euro coins.
Coin mech against the order, wrong-coin test, capsule wheel size, cash box lock, stacking brackets, and power documents if lit.
A pure crank unit has no electrical parts. A lit or card-reading unit needs low voltage and EMC documents. The toys have their own file.
The EU business that first places it on the market, usually you. Your name goes on the unit or its papers.
