Trading card vending machine from China

The hard part is the product itself: card packs are thin, light and valuable, so a spiral built for chocolate bars drops two at once or none, and a glass front full of sealed booster boxes invites a crowbar.

What you are actually comparing.

Two quotes, one machine name

What hides inside the price
01

Delivery for flat, light packs

Ask whether the lanes are narrow-pitch spirals, push plates or a conveyor, and whether the pitch fits a single pack. A drop sensor alone does not stop a double vend. Ask for a video with packs of your size.

02

Mixed formats

Single packs, blister packs, booster boxes and graded cards in slabs need different lanes. Ask how many lanes of each size the cabinet carries, and whether trays can be refitted later.

03

Front and frame strength

Ask for laminated or tempered glass, a steel frame, a multi-point lock and a door or tilt alarm through telemetry. Stock value per cabinet is closer to a jeweller's case than a snack machine.

04

Camera and sales record

Some cabinets carry a camera at the delivery bin. Ask where footage is stored and for how long; recording customers in the EU brings GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, duties to you.

05

Payment and pricing control

Prices of sealed products move with the market. Ask whether you can change prices per lane remotely and see which lanes sell out first.

02

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

03

Change a lane price remotely and buy from it.The new price shows on screen and is charged within the time the supplier stated.
Force the door and tilt the cabinet with telemetry connected. The lock holds and an alarm reaches your account.

04

The documents that must arrive with it.

The one people forget. A description of where camera footage and sales data are stored. Under GDPR you must know this before the first customer walks past.

01

You sell a few graded cards of high value.

Buy a smart locker vending system where each slab sits behind its own door and nothing drops.

02

You want surprise toys or figures for children.

Buy a capsule toy vending machine. It is simpler, needs no power in its basic form, and suits low prices.

06

Where the numbers come from.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Vending & arcade page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask about this machine.

Chinese vs European trading card vending machine: which is better?+

Judge the cabinet, not the origin: compare lane pitch, front strength and remote pricing, and ask every supplier for a vend video with your own packs.

What goes on a trading card vending machine inspection checklist?+

Single-pack vend in every lane, lane plan against the drawing, glass type, lock and alarm, camera settings, remote pricing, reader model and importer details on the plate.

What CE documentation does a trading card vending machine need?+

A Declaration of Conformity for machinery, low voltage and EMC or radio, an EN 60335-2-75 report, and the technical file behind them. A CE logo on a photo proves nothing.

Who is the EU importer of a trading card vending machine?+

The EU business that first places it on the market, usually you when you buy direct. Your name and address go on the machine or its documents.
