Most silage baler listings from China are stationary machines that press chopped maize into small wrapped bales, not the tractor round baler a grass farmer pictures, and silage keeps only if density and film are right.

Stationary units take chopped crop from a chopper or trailer, press small round bales and wrap them. Tractor round balers pick up wilted grass in the field. Check which one the quote is.
Silage keeps when air is pressed out. Ask for bale weight at a stated moisture.
Film layers, stretch and width decide airtightness and running cost. Ask film use per bale.
Electric units need a three-phase supply sized for the main motor; diesel units need an engine with EU emissions approval under Regulation (EU) 2016/1628.

Serial against the declaration, bale weights, film layers on a cut bale, guarding on rollers and wrapper arms, and emergency stops.
The machinery declaration, electrical references or engine approval, and a manual in your language.
The business placing it on the EU market; it checks the papers and adds its name.
