Nonwoven bag making machine from China

A nonwoven bag making machine makes only the bag styles it was built for, D-cut, W-cut, loop handle or box, and a listed speed rarely says which bag and size it was measured on, so choose for your bag before speed means anything.

What hides inside the price
01

Bag styles covered

Flat D-cut and W-cut bags, loop handle bags, and box bags with gussets need different forming and welding stations. Multi-style machines exist; ask which styles are fitted, not which are optional.

02

Handle attachment

Loop handles are welded on inline or by a separate station or operator. That station often decides real output.

03

Ultrasonic welding

Nonwoven polypropylene is joined by ultrasonic welding rather than sewing. Ask the number of generators, their power and the horn material.

04

Size range and fabric weight

Ask the largest and smallest bag and the fabric weight range in grams per square metre the machine handles at the stated speed.

05

Printing and unwinding

Printed bags need print registration so the logo lands in place. Ask whether an inline printer or a registration sensor for pre-printed rolls is included.

02

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

03

Turn the claim into a demonstration.

The documents that must arrive with it.

The one people forget. The EMC documents for the ultrasonic generators. They are the part most often missing from a line bought as one machine.

You make woven polypropylene sacks or plastic film carrier bags.

A woven sack or film bag machine. They appear under the same search but handle different material.

02

Your bags are printed to order in small runs.

Buy plain bag capacity and print separately; an inline printer on a fast line suits long runs of one design.

06

Where the numbers come from.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask about this machine.

Chinese vs European nonwoven bag making machine: is there a real choice?+

Choose on generator quality, spare horns, handle station design and how fast service reaches you. Ask any European offer the same questions and compare the answers, not the origin.

What goes on a nonwoven bag making machine inspection checklist?+

Styles fitted against the offer, a counted run of your bag, handle pull tests, generator count, and spare knives and horns packed.

What CE documentation does a nonwoven bag machine need?+

A Declaration of Conformity and the technical file behind it, covering the whole line. A CE sticker proves nothing alone.

Who is the EU importer of a bag machine I buy myself?+

You, if your company places it on the EU market. You check the conformity papers and your details go on the machine or documents.
