Commercial embroidery machine from China

For a garment production line, a multi-head embroidery machine is judged on repeatable output across every head over a full shift, yet listings blur heads and needles together and a garment factory needs the head spacing and sewing field to match its panels.

What you are actually comparing.

Two quotes, one machine name

What hides inside the price
01

Heads, needles and colours

Heads are how many garments sew at once. Needles per head are colours without a thread change. A 12 needle single head is not a 12 head machine.

02

Head spacing and sewing field

Spacing between heads limits the largest design on a panel, a back or a jacket front. Ask for field size per head and the whole frame length.

03

Frames for cut panels

Production lines embroider cut parts before sewing. Ask for panel frames, clamp frames or border frames for your parts, and how fast they change.

04

Thread break detection and trimming

Every head needs reliable break detection and an automatic trimmer. One head sewing on after a break wastes a panel in every run.

05

Special devices

Sequin, cording, chenille and chain stitch are separate devices on each head. Price them per head, not per machine.

02

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

03

Sew your densest design on your fabric on every head at once, for a counted run.Every head's output matches the approved sample, with registration and density inside the agreed defect list.
Log thread breaks over a full shift. Each break detected and stopped before a wrong stitch, and breaks per head recorded against the agreed figure.

04

The documents that must arrive with it.

The one people forget. The file formats the controller reads. A digitiser who cannot export to it adds a conversion step to every design.

01

You decorate finished caps, shirts and merchandise in small orders for customers.

A commercial embroidery machine set up for decoration shops, with cap and tubular frames and few heads; we cover that on our printing and signage pages.

02

Your stitching is structural, such as pockets or long seams.

An automatic sewing machine built for that operation.

06

Where the numbers come from.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Textile & garment page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask about this machine.

Chinese vs European commercial embroidery machine for a garment line?+
