Closed in-vessel drums or tanks, outdoor windrow turners and small kitchen appliances all appear under one search.

A commercial composting machine is sold on its size, but what matters is how much of your waste it takes each day and how long material stays inside, and no listing we checked gave either.

Closed in-vessel drums or tanks, outdoor windrow turners and small kitchen appliances all appear under one search.
Material leaving in a day or two is dried and ground, not mature compost. Ask how long material stays inside and what state it leaves in.
Ask how the mass is heated and aerated, and what treats exhaust air.
Food waste is wet and acidic. Ask the vessel steel, the shaft seal and the mixer drive.
02
Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

| Load a weighed day of your own waste and run the full cycle. | Output weighed and its moisture measured at the end of the stated retention time. |
| Measure temperature inside the mass through the cycle. | A logged temperature curve that matches the claim in the offer. |
| Run the exhaust through the odour treatment. | Odour at the vent outlet acceptable to the person responsible for your site permit. |

A food waste dehydrator, which dries the waste in hours.
A waste sorting line first, so plastic and metal never reach the composter.
06
We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.
07
Every machine we source in this area is on the Recycling page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.
