Vacuum pump capacity and brand
Pump size sets cycle time. Ask the capacity in cubic metres an hour and the brand. An oil pump needs oil changes and warm-up; running wet products shortens its life.

Chamber vacuum packers look identical in photos, and the parts that decide your output, the pump and the usable chamber depth, are the two things most listings leave out.

Pump size sets cycle time. Ask the capacity in cubic metres an hour and the brand. An oil pump needs oil changes and warm-up; running wet products shortens its life.
The internal height, minus the lid seal and any filler plate, limits product thickness. Listings often give outside dimensions. Ask for usable space.
Two bars let you seal two rows of bags per cycle. Double seal wires or a cut-off wire change seal security and trim. Ask which is fitted.
A double chamber lets one side load while the other runs. A belt machine moves product through automatically. Each step up changes floor space and price.
Time-controlled cycles stop after a set number of seconds. Sensor control stops at a set vacuum level, which repeats better. Gas flush and soft air return are options.

In DZ chamber machine codes the number is usually the seal bar length in millimetres. The spec sheet checked for a DZ400 lists a 400 mm bar in a 440 mm wide chamber.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

| Pack a counted batch of your product in your bags, and time twenty cycles in a row. | Average cycle time at or under the quoted figure, with every seal flat and unbroken. |
| Store sealed packs for 24 hours and inspect them. | No pack has lost vacuum or shows air around the product. |
| Pack your thickest product in the chamber. | The lid closes and seals without the product touching the lid or seal bar. |

A tray sealing machine with gas flush, which protects shape and presents the product upright.
A thermoforming packaging machine, which forms, fills and seals from roll film without loading bags by hand.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Packaging page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.
Straight answers
The one whose usable chamber fits your thickest product and whose pump gives your cycle time. Sort by bar length first, then pump capacity.
Mostly the pump and control. Some Chinese machines fit European pumps. Ask which pump is fitted, since it decides service life and cycle time.
The timed cycle test, a 24 hour hold test and a fit test with your thickest product. Then check pump brand, bar count and voltage against the contract.
An EU Declaration of Conformity naming the model and serial number, a manual in your language and the technical file behind it. Buying direct from China usually makes you the importer.
