What hides inside the price

Dosing principle

Gravity and overflow fill to a level, which looks even in a clear bottle. Piston and pump fill a volume, which suits thick product. Flowmeter or net weighing fills by mass. Get the principle in writing.

Heads behind the speed figure

Linear filler output rises with nozzle count, and one model name can cover six to twelve heads. Ask which head count and fill volume gave the speed figure.

Foam and drip control

Diving nozzles that fill from the bottom up, and anti-drip valves, decide whether shampoo or juice overflows. Ask if they are included.

What is in the scope

Filler alone, or filler with capper, labeller and conveyor. A monoblock and a single station are not comparable prices.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

Your liquid, sent as a sample: viscosity, foaming, particles, fill temperature.
Fill by level or by volume, and the tolerance your label declares.
Container drawings, and neck inner diameter for the nozzle.
Containers per hour and fill volumes, smallest to largest.
Contact parts for food, so the offer lists materials under Regulation (EC) 1935/2004.
