Most machines sold for granules measure by volume, not weight, so the first question is whether the quote contains a scale at all, and if so whether it is a slow linear weigher or a fast multihead.

Cups are simplest and follow density. A linear weigher fills one or a few hoppers by vibration and weighs them. A multihead combines many small weights and is much faster, and much dearer.
A two-head linear weigher listed 28 weighings a minute and a four-head 5 to 40. A bagger rated faster than its scale runs at the scale's speed.
Hopper volume and range decide how small a dose is accurate. Ask for accuracy stated at your pack weight.
Fines stick to pans and hoppers and drift the zero. Ask about sealed pans and auto-zero.
