For retail card blisters, every product needs its own forming mould and sealing plate, and the card and blister must be made to seal to each other.

Rotary machines form PVC or PET from the roll, then seal the blister to a printed card. Simpler presses seal blisters bought from a converter.
Heat sealing bonds the blister to a heat-seal coated card. High-frequency welding joins plastic to plastic, as in clamshells; confirm it welds your plastic.
Every item shape needs a forming mould and sealing plate. Ask the price per set.
Card coating and blister plastic must be specified together. Many seal failures are material mismatches.

The process is mature. Mould quality and heater control differ, and mould cost across your range usually outweighs machine price.
The pull test, a timed mould change, a drop test, and every contracted mould counted in the crate.
Buying direct usually makes you the importer. Check the Declaration of Conformity names this serial number.
