The name covers everything from a bakery stand mixer to a double planetary vacuum mixer for sealants and battery slurries, and the only figure that separates them is torque at your final viscosity, which listings leave out.

Double planetary units turn two blades on their own axes while both orbit the bowl. Many add a high-speed disperser shaft for powders. Ask which shafts are fitted and their speeds.
Motor kilowatts say little. Ask gearbox rating and the viscosity at which the seller has run the mixer full. A paste that stiffens at the end of the batch stalls a light drive.
Vacuum removes trapped air from pastes. A jacket heats or cools the bowl. Ask the achievable vacuum, jacket medium and whether the lid seal holds under heat.
Blade shape and clearance to the wall decide dead zones. A PTFE scraper that follows the wall keeps product moving. Ask the clearance and scraper material.
Removable bowls on trolleys, hydraulic lift, and a press-out plate that pushes paste into pails or cartridges are often separate prices.

Gearbox torque, blade machining and wall clearance, vacuum sealing, lift and press-out hydraulics, and documentation. Compare at the same viscosity and batch kilograms.
Whether the factory makes its own gearboxes or buys them, how it machines blades to clearance, and whether it can run a stiff paste like yours at full batch.
A Declaration of Conformity for that serial number with a technical file behind it, under machinery, low voltage and EMC rules, plus ATEX or pressure files where they apply.
The business placing it on the EU market, typically the buyer importing direct. Your name goes on the mixer or its papers and you confirm the conformity file exists.
