Dairy pasteurizer from China

A pasteuriser is a food safety device first: what matters is proof that every litre reached the set temperature for the set time, and that milk which did not was sent back.

What you are actually comparing.

Two quotes, one machine name

What hides inside the price
01

Principle

Batch vat for small dairies, plates for milk, tubular for thick products such as some ice cream mixes.

02

Holding tube and divert valve

Tube length sets holding time at your flow. A divert valve must send under-heated milk back automatically.

03

Sections and heat recovery

Regeneration, heating, holding, cooling. More recovery cuts steam use.

04

Recorder

Records you can export and an alarm on low temperature.

05

Heating medium

Steam needs a boiler; ask whether it is in the price.

02

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

03

Turn the claim into a demonstration.

Require thisA pass looks like
Run milk at rated flow with a calibrated reference thermometer at the holding tube outlet.Product at or above setpoint through the whole hold, recorder within stated accuracy.
Drop the heating on purpose. The divert valve sends product back before under-heated milk goes forward, and logs it.
Read pressures on both sides of the plates.Pasteurised side stays higher than the raw side throughout.

04

The documents that must arrive with it.

The one people forget. The calibration certificates. An inspector reading your records will ask how you know the thermometer is right.

01

A farm with a few hundred litres a day.

A batch vat pasteuriser.

02

You want ambient long shelf life milk.

A UHT plant with aseptic filling.

06

Where the numbers come from.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Food & candy page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask about this machine.

Chinese vs European dairy pasteurizer?+

Plates and gaskets wear. Ask whether replacements are standard sizes sold in Europe.

Inspection checklist?+

Divert valve action, recorder, tube length against flow, pressure difference across plates, product-side welds.

EU compliance?+

2006/42/EC, or Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 from 20 January 2027, and Regulation (EC) 1935/2004. Regulation (EC) 853/2004 sets heat treatment rules for milk and requires your dairy to be approved. The approval is for your business, never the machine.

Who is the EU importer?+

The EU business placing it on the market, which names itself and checks the documents.
