Ask whether reservoir, line and needle each have a heater and sensor. A cold needle is where strings and blockages start.

How accuracy is stated

Listings give a percentage or an absolute volume, which diverge on small cartridges. Ask for the figure at your fill volume.

Trays for your hardware

Each cartridge or disposable design needs its own tray. Count the trays in the offer and the price of one more.

Capping included or not

Many quotes cover filling only. Press-on and screw mouthpieces need different capping tools.

Your oil type and its viscosity at room temperature.

Most cartridge hardware is made in China, and so are many fillers. Choose the offer that proves accuracy on your oil and ships the full file.

What CE documentation does an oil cartridge filling machine need?+

A Declaration of Conformity under 2006/42/EC, or Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 from 20 January 2027, plus 2014/35/EU and 2014/30/EU. A CE mark on a brochure proves nothing.

What belongs on an inspection checklist?+

The three demonstrations above, a leak count, and heater sensors checked against a separate thermometer.

Can I import an oil cartridge filling machine to the EU?+

The importer checks the documents and adds its name. Whether you may run this machine, and on what material, depends on the licence your business holds where the machine will be used.
