01Delivery for small and fragile items
Lipsticks and sample tubes are too small and light for standard spirals, and glass perfume bottles break on a drop. Ask whether the quote uses narrow spirals, conveyor belts or a lift, and for a video of your packaging vending.
02Climate control
Many cosmetics cabinets are ambient. Ask whether cooling or at least ventilation is fitted, and what the cabinet interior reaches with lights on in a warm room. Heat damage shows up as returns, not as a fault code.
03Security of the front
High value per item makes the glass the weak point. Ask for laminated or tempered glass, a steel frame, a multi-point lock and a tilt or door alarm that reports through telemetry.
04Display and product information
Buyers cannot touch or test, so a screen with product pages often carries the sale. Ask who edits the content, in which languages, and whether the ingredient list can be shown before payment.
05Payment and software ownership
Ask which card reader is fitted, whose cloud holds the sales data, and whether the screen content system still runs if the factory's platform closes.
