What hides inside the price

Built for glass or relisted

A glass crusher has a feed and chamber sized for bottles and a way to handle labels and caps. A rock hammer mill does not. Ask for photos of a unit crushing bottles.

Hammer, roller or low speed rotor

Hammer crushers make fine cullet and dust. Roller or low speed units make coarser cullet with less dust. Ask which, and why for your use.

Output size and screen

Ask the output size range and how it is set: screen, gap or speed.

Dust and noise

Crushed glass makes fine dust and noise. Ask what enclosure and dust extraction are included.
