Lotion filling machine from China

Lotion flows easily, so the dose is rarely the problem; the pump dispenser is, because a dip tube must go into every bottle straight and the pump must be screwed down without bending it or cracking the collar.

What you are actually comparing.

Two quotes, one machine name

What hides inside the price
01

Pump dispenser handling

Pump heads with long dip tubes need a sorter or a hand-fed chute, a placer that guides the tube into the bottle, and a capper that holds the head upright. Ask whether your pump, with its tube length, was run on the machine.

02

Dosing for a thin, foaming product

Lotion foams when it falls into the bottle. A diving nozzle that fills from the bottom up, or a slower final phase, keeps foam below the neck. Ask for the fill profile, not only the volume.

03

Servo piston or pump

A servo piston changes volume on the screen and holds accuracy on mid viscosity. A gear or rotor pump suits long runs of one product. Ask which is quoted and why for your lotion.

04

Capping torque

Too little and pumps leak in transit; too much and the collar cracks. Ask for torque that you can set and read, and a check at the end of the line.

05

Bottle handling for light, tall bottles

Empty lotion bottles tip over. Ask about guide rails, star wheels or pucks for your shape.

02

Before you ask for a price.

Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

03

Turn the claim into a demonstration.

Require thisA pass looks like
Fill and cap a counted run of your bottles with your pumps at target speed.Every dip tube inside the bottle, no bent tubes, every fill weighed inside tolerance.
Measure removal torque on capped bottles and lay them on their sides for a day.Torque inside the range written in the offer and no leaks at the collar.
Watch the neck of each bottle at the end of filling. No foam over the neck and no lotion on the thread.

04

The documents that must arrive with it.

The one people forget. A list of change parts per bottle and pump, with part numbers. The second bottle in your range is where most extra cost appears.

Named, not hedged
01

Your product is a stiff cream that will not pour.

A cream filling machine with a pressurised or stirred hopper.

02

You fill litre bottles of liquid soap or detergent.

A detergent filling machine built for bigger volumes and anti-foam filling.

06

Where the numbers come from.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

07

Related machines.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Cosmetics page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask about this machine.

Chinese vs European lotion filling machine: what should I compare?+

Pump handling, capping torque control and foam control on your product. The filler itself is similar across quotes.

What goes on a lotion filling machine factory audit?+

Your pumps and bottles on their machine, weighed fills, torque readings, a leak check after a day, and how change parts are stored and labelled.

What CE documentation do I need for a lotion filling machine?+

A Declaration of Conformity with the serial number and a technical file behind it. Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 covers your lotion, not the machine.

Who is the EU importer?+

The company placing the machine on the EU market. If you buy direct, that is you: your name goes on the machine or documents.
