Temperature zones
Ask whether the cabinet has one cooled zone or two, and how they are separated. A single zone set cold enough for drinks can make chocolate sweat when the door opens; set warm enough for chocolate, drinks sell lukewarm.

A combo cabinet promises snacks and drinks in one footprint, and the hard part is that the two products want different things: chocolate wants gentle cooling, cans want cold, and one compressor has to serve both.

01
Ask whether the cabinet has one cooled zone or two, and how they are separated. A single zone set cold enough for drinks can make chocolate sweat when the door opens; set warm enough for chocolate, drinks sell lukewarm.
Ask how many selections are snack spirals and how many carry drinks, and whether drinks ride on spirals or a lift. The ratio is fixed in steel: changing it later means new trays.
A lift that carries every product to the door protects both bottles and bags. A spiral drop is cheaper and rougher. Ask for a drop sensor either way, so a hung item is not charged.
Cooled combos fall under F-gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573 and need an energy label and EPREL entry under Regulation (EU) 2019/2018. Ask for the refrigerant on the nameplate and the energy test data.
Listings step down in price by quantity. Ask for the price at your real order size, and whether a mixed order of combo and single-product cabinets still earns the lower tier.
02
Send these with the enquiry. Without them, any number a factory gives you is a guess dressed as a quotation.

| Require this | A pass looks like |
|---|---|
| Load your real mix and log temperature in the snack zone and the drink zone for a full day with door openings. | Each zone holds its own set point, and no condensation forms on chocolate after a door opening. |
| Vend every selection empty, bottles and bagged snacks included. | Each item arrives undamaged; a hung item triggers a retry or refund and is never charged. |
| Cut the mains mid-vend and restore it. | Prices, stock counts and zone settings survive, and the customer is not charged twice. |

Buy a beverage vending machine. A drinks-only cabinet runs one temperature and needs no spirals.
Buy a fresh food vending machine with lockout on temperature rise. A combo is not built for chilled food rules.

We name the kind of source, how many and when, and never the factory. Listed prices are asking prices, not landed cost. Where we do not hold a fact we say so: that is a GAP, not an estimate.

Every machine we source in this area is on the Vending & arcade page. How a project runs, stage by stage, is on how it works, and what it costs is on pricing.

A used European combo brings local payment and service. A Chinese build wins when you order several and fix the zone design, lift and reader once, at the volume tier.
Zone separation, two-zone temperature log, spiral-to-drink split against the drawing, drop sensor, lift function, refrigerant nameplate, reader model, and importer details on the plate.
A Declaration of Conformity for machinery, low voltage and EMC or radio, an EN 60335-2-75 report and the technical file behind them, plus EPREL data if cooled.
The EU business that first places it on the market. Buying direct, that is you: you check the papers, put your name on the machine and register it in EPREL.
